Doyin Adewunmi

Mr. Adedoyin Adewunmi is the Chairman of Greenstone Developments (W.A.) Ltd. Mr. Adewunmi is the Managing Director of Niyod Nigeria Limited one of the foremost Piling Companies in West Africa and he brings a wealth of experience to Greenstone Developments garnered from over 30 years in the construction and Civil Engineering industry. He has worked with such notable companies as Cappa & D’Alberto and H.F.P. Engineering Ltd. Mr. Adewunmi is an Alumni of Pratt Institute & Columbia University both in NY, USA where he obtained a BPs Construction Management & MSc Civil Engineering respectively. Mr. Adewunmi is a Member of the American Institute of Civil Engineers and is married with children.

Dr Yemi Osidenro
Director,
Investment & Finance
Dr. Yemi Osindero is the Founder and Managing Partner of Uhuru Investment Partners, a private equity firm investing across
West and Central Africa. Under his leadership, Uhuru raised a $181 million maiden fund and has invested in several
high-growth businesses including Everyday Group, Royal Foam, Impact Life, Cresta Paints, and ST Digital.
With over two decades of experience in investment banking, private equity, and operations, Yemi chairs the boards of
Everyday Group and Royal Foam and serves as an Endeavor Mentor. Prior to founding Uhuru, he co-headed Africa Private
Equity at Standard Chartered, managing close to $1 billion in investments and sitting on the boards of major portfolio
companies including Union Bank of Nigeria, GZI, and Copperbelt Energy Nigeria.
Earlier in his career, he co-founded Virgin Nigeria Airways, serving as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member, and held
investment roles at Virgin Management, Hawkpoint Partners, and Goldman Sachs. Yemi holds a B.Eng (First Class Hons) and
a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath, United Kingdom.
Emeka Nweze
CEO
Emeka Nweze is a seasoned entrepreneur & executive in the building and construction industry, with over two decades of leadership experience spanning real estate development and infrastructure delivery across Nigeria and West Africa.
He holds a degree in Building and Construction from the University of Lagos and a professional certification in Project Management. Emeka is the Founder and Managing Director of Floorenzo (WA) Limited, a construction firm recognized for delivering large-scale projects for leading public & private sector clients.
He also founded Greenstone Developments Limited, focused on the development of medium- and low-cost housing in Sub-Saharan Africa. In addition, he serves on the board of Panda Properties Limited and prev. as Vice Chairman of the Banana Island Residents Association.
Emeka is widely regarded for his strategic insight, operational excellence, relationship skills, and contribution to advancing the built environment across the region.
Oluyemi Utsheoritshelaju
General Project Manager
Oluyemi graduated with (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
She has MBA from Lagos State University, Ojo, in Financial Management.
She is COREN certified with various trainings on PMP. She has a wealth of experience in Project/contract initiation, organization, supervision,
management, and delivery.
Projects handled before cuts across Government, Schools, Parastatals, individuals, and oil and gas producing companies’ contracts. She started her career with Fechrad Nig. Ltd as Project Engineer in March 2000 and subsequently attaining the position of Project Manager, from where she resigned to join Afrimatech Trust International, and other companies, admitting freelancing.

Joshua Ofor is a multidisciplinary executive and venture builder with over a decade of experience in design leadership
strategy, technology, and product innovation across Africa and Europe. He has held senior roles at Mesh Labs, an international
design collective consulting for leading oil & gas companies and state governments on infrastructure and industrial projects
and served as founding Creative Director of Open Source Community Africa -the continent's largest open-source ecosystem.
He later served as Creative Director at Nextcloud, one of Europe's largest on-premise and cloud infrastructure companies.
Joshua is Founding Partner at Creofel Corporation, a venture technology studio, and Oversight Creative Director at Spcbus, a
multidisciplinary creative company with operations in London, New York & Lagos. He brings strategic design thinking,
technology integration, creative and innovation frameworks to infrastructure development. He leads TEDxAbuja, one of
Africa's foremost independent TED events, and serves on multiple boards, investing in and advising early-stage startups on
design and product innovation.
He holds a degree in Computer Science from Rivers State University, has completed advanced programs in Design, Strategy,
and Innovation at the University of Sydney & University of London, and holds a professional certificate in Project Management
from Diberr.
Oluwatobi Ayanlere
Senior Manager
Oluwatobi is a graduate from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), where she obtained a B.Tech in Biochemistry.
She is a dynamic Professional with 5 + years of experience in administrative and project coordination. She is Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and driving operational efficiency.
She is an associate member of the MSME Institute of Management and Professional Studies, where she obtained certifications in QAQC, HRM, and CSRM.
Olugbenga.O. Osoba
Site Engineer
Olugbega graduated from Kwara State University (KWASU) where he obtained a B.Eng Civil and Environmental Engineering.
He has 18 years’ experience in civil/structural engineering with great knowledge of project and construction management.
He is a member Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and a member of the Association of Consulting Engineers (ACEN).

Ayodele is a distinguished insurance professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the
C.E.O, a top-tier construction company in the region.
Mr. Ayodele holds a bachelor’s degree in Insurance from the University of Lagos (UNILAG) and is a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance Nigeria (CIIN), demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence.
